SHIPPING & RETURNS

We want you to love your Salt Society purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.If you would like to initiate a return or exchange, please contact us by emailing hello@saltsociety.co.uk and we will provide you with details of how to make your return or exchange, unfortunately you will be responsible for the shipping costs of your return. If you have requested an exchange we will cover the costs of shipping the new item to you once we have received your unwanted item. 

We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit being returned, so recommend you use a tracked or signed postal service to avoid issue. We will also require proof of postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
